Swedish / Relaxation 

In all Swedish massage, the therapist lubricates the skin and performs various massage strokes. These movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots" or adhered tissues, called adhesions. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, really taking the stress off your body. 

Deep Tissue 

The primary purpose of deep tissue massage is to work the fibers and muscles of the body, releasing deeply rooted patterns of tension. As the muscles relax, toxins are removed and blood and oxygen begin to circulate properly, making the entire body function better. 

Pregnancy 

Also known as prenatal massage, promotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and relieves strained back and leg muscles in expectant mothers. Pregnancy massage is especially beneficial in the second and third trimesters, when the extra weight in your belly puts a strain on your back. 

Reflexology 

Techniques that uses pressure increase circulation and promote functions applied to the feet and hands to specific bodily and muscular.
