Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Me at my practice, Vaile Massage. It is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

 

~ Less than 4 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

~ “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. I will send an invoice to your email or phone number, It will need to be payed before you can schedule another appointment.  

~ Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Vaile Massage policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my established and future clientele. I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and I want my desire to be effective and fair to all! I apologize for any of the inconveniences that it may cause you. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
